1) Remove the "lines in the sand" that separate Corporate Store Sales, Tele-Sales, and Online Sales. Recently, and as long ago as 5 years ago, I have been bounced from service at a Corporate Store, to Tele-Sales, and Tele-Sales to a Corporate store. You are (or should be) one corporate entity. They all fly the T-Moble banner. Stop referring customers from one to the other, and make it possible to address any customer need from any of those resources.
2) Add more towers. 3G is great, the network improvements are nice, but none of it means a thing, if you don't put up more towers. Coverage, 5 years after I first singed on, is just as spotty. In my area, the coverage map shows me in a 3G coverage area. In fact, I toggle between EDGE and GPRS (more than one phone).
3) UMA Calling: It's the best feature T-Mobile has/had, and should be on as many devices as possible, particularly Android devices. It's an under-sold feature, that could draw (and keep) lots of customers. Chances are, I wouldn't have ported away my Samsung Vibrant if it was capable of UMA calling.
